Client Forms: Getting Prepared for Our Meeting
At our Estate Planning and Elder Law firm we know that it can take some thought and time to gather personal information, data and think over some answers before speaking with us about estate planning, long term care planning or working out probate and estate administration issues.
Although we certainly do not expect you to gather this information and fill out these worksheets on your own, we do find that many of our clients like to take their time and put the information together, so we've uploaded our client forms to give you the option to get prepared for our meeting.
It is not necessary to fill these out before we meet, and we will happily fill in the forms together, discussing each line and answering all the questions that could accompany each request, however many of our clients like to know in advance what they will need to prepare before we get together.
We also find that many of our clients enjoy the ability to skim the documents and mentally prepare their questions and answers before each meeting. In all cases, these are the client forms we typically use as a starting point for our estate planning, long term care planning and estate administration meetings.
